How to be happy– Learn it!

Do everything in your power mentally and emotionally to maintain your happiness it’s worth it. People these days would rather work hard at being miserable and make another miserable. What is there to gain by being unhappy in your life. What progress Will you make by letting your Life slip away into a sad state of mind. We all need to wake up and realize that our state of mind . will reflect in our health and our exterior circumstances like relationships. The state of mind that I’m speaking about is a happy state of mind. It is a very simple way of thinking but to embark on the journey to maintain it takes work and self discipline. Most people don’t have the courage to take that challenge of being happy every day. The first step is to admit that you’re not happy. The second step is to except that you want to be happy. The next step is to learn how to be happy and the rest will take care of itself.

I am happy … but

I am happy but …… I don’t know what to do.Does this resonate with you? Are you happy and do not know what to do next? Everyday you wake up knowing what your passion is and yet still live in a fear of trying that which would give you fulfillment? We all have something we would love to do everyday for the rest of our lives. We live in a self insecure state of mind because it seems outside of our belief that we can do that thing. 

How do we get past the fear of living our passion? We can sit and work on convincing ourselves every day and struggle with that idea. I myself struggle with possibilities we are capable of and infinite number of possibilities we just have to believe we are able. 

Sincerely all we have to do is believe and truly see ourselves in that state. It is that easy? No of course not it takes hard work in thought first. Belief and faith takes courage and effort. You have to learn to change a perception that has taken a lifetime to develop. 

How do we begin? We are already happy. That is the first step. How can you let that happiness manifest your dreams? If you are truly happy and have that confidence that no matter what happens in life you always feel that sense of security from your joy on a daily basis then you have what it takes to manifest your passion and dream. 

If you are happy you have nothing to lose. If you are truly happy with yourself and your being …. adding your passion or heading towards attaining that and taking on the journey is just another experience. Pass or fail is not a choice. You are already successful because you are happy. Whether you achieve living your passion or not you will always be Happy right? So what have you got to lose?! Figure it out and do what you love! 

How to be Happy – Go Against the Trend

Letting yourself fall into depression is very easy. In this day and age it is not our fault we are surrounded by so much negative influence. We have a choice though to either fall into  everyone’s beliefs or choose our own. It takes work to stand aside from the trend.

We go to work and there is complaining and regret because people are not happy with where they are at in life. We are around family members and they are feeling the same way. We gather with our friends and the same prevails. This is the norm these days. We almost have to stay in a bubble to avoid this attitude or mindset. We drive on the highways and bi-ways there is the same mindset through their anger displayed by road rage. Unhappy people taking their rage out on the traffic. Where do we escape.

You do not have to run away from all of this thinking. You can be a glimmer of hope and or an example for others to be inspired by. We always have a choice to change the mindset to that of a positive one. It isn’t easy going against the grain. IF you decide to go against what everyone is thinking you will see an instant change in your surroundings. You will be aware of everything around you and be free of the stress of everyday life. If you learn to accept yourself for who you are and love that person in mirror you will feel better.

Guilt will leave your body. You will be able to forgive yourself and others. You will be able to love yourself and others. It always starts with you. You are the catalyst for the change in your life and the life of others in some cases. Whether you know it or not people are watching you always. Watching your every move because they look up to you. Decide to live happy. It will be the best decision you will ever make.

How to be Happy – Change 

If you want to live your life as you are now don’t change a thing. I am sure you are happy with your life and it is fulfilling. If that is you then do not continue to read. 

The first thing you need to do in order to make a drastic change in your life is to decide on one thing……. decide to be happy. I am sure most people reading this statement think it is easier said than too be done. Yes that is true. But weightlifting to change the aesthetics of our body takes time to see results. It takes hard work and some sacrifice. The only sacrifice you have to endure is the fear you have in your mind to start. 

Making a decision to be Happy is courageous. Accepting that your fear is there, accepting who you truly are at the present moment and then having gratitude for everything you have. You have a chance to start over. You woke up with another opportunity to change and be someone different. Why would you be afraid of that? 

Ultimately we have total control of our perception of the present moment we are in. We can either accept it as what we have made ourselves to be up until his point and going forward it is time to work on change……. or we continue the same with the awareness we could have changed but thought it was too much work and or afraid of the new unknown journey it would take you on.
