Quit Your Bitching and Moaning!I often use this and it recently got me in trouble but I will not stop saying it to people. If it offends someone then I guess I am on the right track. I am not saying this statement with the intent to offend anyone… I actually say it with all the compassion my heart can put out there. I love people so much that I want to have an awakening of consciousness to believe in the positivity to overcome challenging moments rather than complain thinking that will be a way of dealing with it. Complaining only adds to the pain and prepares you for more negativity. It is like you addicted to the wrong things that happen in your life. Instead of looking at events that are painful in your life as a negative we need to look at these moments as opportunities to strengthen our resolve and resiliency.
Love is a great answer and it gives us clarity to find a solution in any moment of challenge in our lives. If we start from a place of love then we can repel attacks that are unwarranted. We think we are being attacked intentionally and most times we are just in the line of fire for someone else’s experience. We need to realize that. I agree there is a percentage of moments where people are attacking us personally…. Even then we can respond with love internally first and then outwardly. Internally knowing we are good and no one else’s opinion or attack can be taken personal. Outwardly not being violent and or falling into the mindset they are in.
We have to be a beacon of light showing the world and more specifically our loved ones and those close to us in our daily grind that we are positive beings being courageous fighting for a happiness mindset. Having a happiness mindset takes hard work and consistency. We have to continually know that our perception starts with an acknowledgment and an acceptance of who we are in a current state. We need to live in the (cliché) moment! Yes living in the moment and being mindful that this moment will create tomorrow. If we are in a negative state of mind in the present moment chances are we are creating a negative tomorrow by reaping what we sowed today.
Getting back to the title and my justification for continuing to say what I said….
Quit your bitching and moaning! Because you will plant of seed of negativity in your life and acknowledge that you are what is coming out of your mouth…hence….everything you are complaining about!

How to be Happy – Get Back on Track

I hope all of you are doing well that are reading this post. I have not posted here since last October. I have been active on other social media sites like, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, You Tube and a couple of others. I have been mainly making picture/quote posting and videos. I enjoy writing most of all. I chose for the time being to make quick posts and videos. I felt at the time that expressing myself through live videos was free flowing and spontaneous.

I realized through the process of conquering my little anxiety, actually a fear of recording myself, was a process I needed to go through. I am very comfortable now recording myself. As I was going through that process I also realized another thing…. My writing was just as if not equally or more important. At times through this process I would look at my writing as an alternate mode of expressing my thoughts and quickly dismissed it as taking too much thought process and I could not make enough time for it. I started to build up a fear of writing like I did my recording videos. I started to believe that my writing was not good enough because of my perception that I did not have enough viewers or subscribers to read my website.

I was believing a false thought that because I see the amount of followers on the other social media sites so I figured it justified my perception that writing in the website was a waste of time and I was ready to delete the website.

Here is the truth. I believed that I needed to write better, and did not have time to improve. The reason to write better was all vain, I wanted more followers. It started to turn into me wanting to be popular and not about helping “one” person if that is all I accomplished with these efforts. That one person didn’t seem as important as me being recognized by the masses. That is a bullshit belief. Not that I was wholeheartedly believing that, but it did cross my mind a little bit.

Here I am. I love my writing. I don’t really give a rats ass about impressing anyone, but I do give a shit about impressing on you my thoughts and heartfelt writing expressing how I feel happiness needs to be a part of our lives in order to flourish in this lifetime. We need it more if not as equally as oxygen to breathe.

I have set up several ways to post and express myself here. I will be posting directly from my phone, and or sending picture quotes that I post on my social media sites. I will be also posting the videos. I hope all of you reading this will share my information to your friends and loved ones. I actually do not have an agenda to fulfill some kind of self glorification or otherwise…. I truly just want to share my soul.

What is Unconditional Love?

Unconditional love is known as affection without any limitations or love without conditions. This term is sometimes associated with other terms such as true altruism, or complete love.

I am writing to describe how we perceive unconditional love. When I ask people what they think unconditional love is they respond so negatively. People seem to think loving without boundaries is a bad thing. I think we let our ego take over and that is what causes pain. We are so quick to judge one another and the wall begins to keep us apart.

We are a loving species. We re-create one another through love, we heal through love, we love emotionally and deeply. We hurt and feel so much pain when we lose love. Love is such a huge word to discuss.

I want to detail my specific take on unconditional love. I want to share how Accepting ourselves Unconditionally is Love at its highest level. Accepting how and who we are is strength. Loving ourselves unconditionally is fearless love. We can grow from the point we accept ourselves in this way. Most of us look in the mirror and are not happy with what we see. We are so imperfect in our own eyes and yet we do not see how perfect of a creation we are. We are capable of creating anything we want to.

The most perfect creation is our mind. We are creative beings. The mind is capable of so much power…. The power to heal, the power to create, the power to feel. We have the power to have a voice and a choice for ourselves. We also have the unique ability to forgive. We have a choice to love our-self.

If we do anything in this life we have so short of time…. to love ourselves is the primary thing we need to focus on. The world is in a bad place because people are very unhappy. They are unhappy because they cannot accept themselves. It is a vicious cycle. Quit making excuses. Love yourself. It is very simple. Your life could end tomorrow. You are wasting time. There are so many people that want to try…. you get in their way because you infect them with your negativity. If you care about your loved ones wake up and love yourself so that you can be that example.
