The Human Experience

The human experience. We are born. We grow and mature and eventually spread our wings. We are then responsible for ourselves. At least some of us are able to care for ourselves with the exception of individuals with special circumstances. We are responsible for our lives and decisions. We take accountability for our lives. We shelter and care for our loved ones.

What I just wrote about is a perfect world. The sad truth is people have become toxic. Yes there is a substantial Percentage of positivism in our world, but if you look at our media coverage of the world the negative is glorified and sensationalized. We fight to navigate through a growing disrespect towards humanity. The facts are present and on stage.

The good news is that there is a wave of awareness that we have the power as a human species to change this thought collectively. Science and spirituality is partnering to raise this awareness. We are in a fragile state in our collective human experience. We have to reach out and create beautiful positive content through the arts, research and discover who we really are.

The goal is always to spread love, kindness and positivity. We NEED Remove the hypocrisy in our lives so that our children see our legacy and their hope is a beautiful future with our hard work creating their core to build on. Instead currently there is an anti everything holding us hostage. This anti everything is tearing down our future.

The mantle is always being passed to the next generation. What are YOU passing down to your next generation of thinkers, builders, creators and leaders?

How to be Happy – Admit being an Asshole

I do not know where to begin. Sometimes I feel that I cannot go in public with out running into an asshole. If I am thinking this way am I asking for it? Maybe but the fact is that they are walkways out there it is how we approach the situation.

I didn’t do so well recently. If I am to be a teacher of Happiness how do I go against what I teach and live? We are not perfect and at times we will be weak and fall prey to these instigators. There is always someone opposite of you and there will be a clash or a contradiction.

Handling this contradiction or opposite energy can be approached many ways. If you know you are in the opposite direction to the positive then you need to maintain the course. Do not look back. Be strong. Use your power. Love. Be calm and composed. Funny as I type this I have to admit I did the opposite. I instigated someone who disagrees with me and then I proceeded to look for an altercation. For Christ sake I am 51 behaving irrationally. I regressed to the mindset that we see reported on the new every night.

My ego was insulted and I had to stand my ground. This is a bullshit fear. A fear of being embarrassed? A fear of being humiliated or humbled? Would that have been so bad?

In my admission I see a light and a flickering hope. One I learned a lesson in forgiveness and humility and the gentleman learned bullying and intimidation is not appropriate. I say this without justification just an observation.

Why Am I Unhappy?

Why Am I Unhappy? I am unhappy for the excuses I make to justify feeling unhappy. I wake up every morning thinking of all the things that went wrong yesterday and what is bound to happen today. I think of all the people that are in my way and irritate the crap out of me. I think of the person next to me that does not love me anymore. I am unhappy because I feel sorry for myself and the situation I wake up to every day.
There are so many more countless justifications that I remind myself to keep me to be unhappy everyday all day long. At some point it will drive me crazy …. That is what is called a nervous breakdown.

How did we get this way?

Conditioning from a very young age? Life experience, trauma and or tragedy. There are so many situations that we allow to be responsible for our present day life. We become lazy and blame the easiest available thing or person and loved one. Instead of taking stock and owning the decision we made to be unhappy. You can list a page full of excuses to be unhappy and I can sing the praises of the reasons to be happy.

This is a journey we are on.

We are travelers experiencing different chapters in this wonderful trip we are on. We are writing a story for ourselves. Believe it or not we are in full control of the content. We can either write the story fully in control or we can allow others to have control of our story letting them place us as actors in theirs.
It is really simple to write your own happiness story. That is the only story we should focus on. The SIMPLICITY of Happiness story. We are the authors. We write it and no one else should be responsible for the content except ourselves. We struggle because of fear. We are afraid to be brave and adventurous. Find the hard roads to take. The hard roads are our passions and loves. The things that give us purpose. The situations that bring us joy and happiness. We are afraid to try those things that are perceived as too far reaching.
I have wanted to be a public speaker since I was very young. At one point I wanted to be a priest or a pastor because I thought that was an honorable way of helping people and I can still be standing in front of the masses to encourage and empower. I did that and it was not fulfilling. I did not feel myself. I was more stressed out. I am now a mentor of happiness. I am a Happiness Coach. I am whatever you want to call someone that wants to teach people the SIMPLICITY of Happiness to anyone and everyone.

I have my dream.

I have the reality that I want to transfer from a dream reality to a physical reality. I want to stand in front of hundreds of people at once speaking to their hearts. I thought that this feat was only through a physical sense. How naive I am. I can reach millions by speaking on the internet through different social media platforms. I still offer myself face to face. I want to be available to everyone.
I thought my dream was unattainable. I was not happy because I thought I was not good enough. I convinced myself it was impossible. So I started to believe this for years. One day I realized I can convince myself to believe the opposite. I was a very late bloomer when it came to my artistic ability. I was called an artist for the first time in my life when I was 43 years old. It was amazing. I believed I was an artist. I acted as an artist. Then I was in a gallery and I was thought of as an artist from that day forward. I created my own reality.
You can create your own happiness the same way. Believe, and then just be. Eventually your physical world will catch up to your dreams. Happiness will consume you because you will believe that is what you feel every day. Try it. Let go of the fear and stop letting your life deteriorate. No one person or thing is worth your life if they don’t value you the way you value them.

Emotions are not just feelings

I often write of the perception we have in our
lives. I believe that we have a choice to observe and decide whether it is a
positive or a negative experience. We have the ability to create that emotion
on the fly. This emotion that we create can affect our health and or wellbeing.
This random choice we have can affect others around us. It is random because we
change into any state of mind at any given time.

Changing from one extreme to another is destructive
to our psyche. We take our bodies through highs and lows and extreme emotions.
These emotions are very powerful. Emotions are not just feelings, emotions are
energy that is created or re-directed and transformed into a physical property.
Emotions are energy, energy is a physical property. Our cells are comprised of
energy. Therefore our emotions are intertwined to our physical make up. Our
emotions and bodies are one in the same not a separate entity or thing.  

In order for us to stay healthy and have a clear
mind we need to regulate this creation of energy in our emotional states of
mind. If we are constantly looking positive energy, which is positive emotions
we will be at peace with ourselves and our energy will be a healing energy.
Positive emotions trigger healing and produce positive processes to be started
in our bodies. We are able to focus because we are in a calm state of mind.

When we create a negative emotional state of mind
our bodies are stressed out the majority of the time. We are burdening our
bodies with chasing the bus. We are always trying to catch something. In
essence we are running a marathon listening to a voice in our earphones telling
us we aren’t good enough, we are slow, out of shape, we are going to fail and
quit.

Every morning we should be waking up smiling and
looking at what the day will bring us. When we wake every day we should be
contemplating how we are going to be happy in any situation. I share with
people on a daily basis that they have the ability to decide happiness and joy
with the power within that realm of thought to heal themselves. The majority of
people tell me that it is a new age thought or religious believes. They are not
religious nor do they believe in any philosophy of ideas where there is no
scientific proof. They believe my way of thinking is just hocus pocus.

What I teach is science based. Changing your
mindset. Creating thought and treating it as you are creating a physical
manifestation of something out of energy. Energy IS a physical property. That
is science. It is not just an emotion or thought. It is a thought and an
emotion but yet it is also a “thing” we create.

Be aware of what you are thinking today. Be aware of
what you are creating today. You have control of that process. You are in
control of your emotional state of mind. Change it. NOW! Hurry!
