“Be Happy while you are alive because you will be dead for a Long Time” Scottish Proverb

Everyone says, “How the time flies” The days go by and they are years, and the years finally become our whole life. Each daily portion can be wasted or it can be a pleasure before it is gone forever. If at our bedtime review of the day concludes that we were too stressed, busy and did not accomplished anything, didn’t have any fun then it has been another lost piece of precious life.

I guess we are putting off enjoyment when the time is right or when we have more time. We might be waiting for the right moment or when we have more money. The trouble with that hope and wish is that it might never come because life is so unpredictable. We always say “tomorrow” and tomorrow might never come. It is so important to live in the moment and take advantage of time now! There are many ways to make sure we make good use of our time that we have now. Pick up the phone and say hello to a loved one, Visit a friend just to say hello. Forgive yourselves and others before it is too late and then you will be living with the regret.

In our daily routine we should be taking the time to enjoy others and ourselves. Look at the wonder of nature and breathe the air. Look at the animals, beautiful plants and appreciate the earth’s creation.

Face your problems bravely, confidently and work to improve your situation no matter what the state it might be in. Be good to feel good. Be active and improve your mind. Laugh, relax and sleep well.
